Summary of Officer Positions:

Chair

This person is responsible for coordination and leadership of all booster activities. The main responsibilities include preparing agendas and running the monthly meetings in concert with the various activities through the year. This person should have the ability to seek individuals that could volunteer and also take on additional leadership roles within the booster club and help keep all committees on track.

Vice Chair                                                                                    

This person is back up to the president, and will prepare/conduct meetings when necessary. The Vice-President also takes an active role on multiple committees and booster initiatives.

Secretary                                                                                                                                     

The secretary is responsible to take minutes, maintain accurate records of meetings, distribute previous minutes prior to the meetings, as well as share and make additions or corrections to the minutes during the meetings.This person also maintains important club documents including job descriptions, committee roles and responsibilities, contact lists, etc.

Treasurer                                                                                           

The treasurer is responsible for all of the financials and cash flow of the booster club. This includes fund-raising events, annual budget items to be considered, and distribution of funds when approved by the membership of the booster club. This person will also be responsible to set up new signatures on existing bank accounts or monitor situations as needed, as well as manage and provide insight to the budget and cash flow through the year.

Communication                                                                                

The communication position is responsible for all of the communication of the booster club at the direction of the booster board and head coach. This includes maintaining/upkeeping TeamSnap and the Boys soccer website and sending out program emails via TeamSnap.  This person will also be responsible to set up any coach communication as needed, as well as manage and provide insight to the tools throughout the year.
