Booster Fees

 

A required Booster Club fee will be paid annually by each player on any RHS Boys Soccer team. The Officers of the Booster Club shall set the fees prior to the season as part of the budget.  The RHS Athletic activity fee paid to district #196 provides for a basic program participation.   The money raised through Booster Club fundraising covers expenses and events that the activity fee does not. Examples of Booster Club support include:

  • Replacing team uniforms – Jerseys, shorts, socks, etc.
  • Equipment
  • Referees
  • Team-bonding activities and special events – yearend banquet
  • Player Gift to start the season.
  • Boys Soccer scholarships
  • Hardship Waivers

 

  • $150.00 payable to: RHS Boys Soccer
    • Due at Fall Kick-Off Event (otherwise please make payment arrangement with Club Treasurer).
  • Payments via Venmo or check:
    • Venmo to Rosemount Boys Soccer - @Rosemount-BoysSoccer
      • Indicate the first and last name of your player(s) in the memo line!
    • Provide check at Kick-Off event or mail to Booster Treasurer.

 

 

Hardship Waiver available:

A hardship waiver of the required Booster Club fee will be available to cover a player’s fee. For an individual to be considered for a hardship waiver, a player must apply and submit an application to the Booster Club prior to September 1st of the season.   The Booster Club may award up to ten hardship waivers per season.   Any additional hardship waivers above the ten would need approval by a majority of the Board of Directors and the annual budget would need to allow for additional waivers.

 

VOLUNTEER/UNIFORM RETURN FEE

Each player and/or his family will be required to volunteer for a minimum of two hours per season for each player on a team.  In addition, players must return their uniform at the end of the season. The amount of the volunteer check shall be set by the Officers prior to the season.

 

  • The Booster Club will collect a check at the beginning of each season.  Pay $300 Volunteer/Uniform Fee via check (ideally at Kick-Off event) or make alternate arrangements with Club Treasurer.   Venmo is also acceptable, the Booster Club will refund the amount if conditions are met at the end of the season.
  • Club will hold such checks/venmo payment until each player’s volunteer hours are complete and until uniform return.
  • If a player’s volunteer requirement is not completed prior to the end of the season or October 15th, whichever is later, the Officers will authorize the deposit of the player’s check/venmo payment.   If the uniform is not returned, the Officers will authorize the deposit of the player’s check/venmo payment.
